Includes 25 copies of our Internet Rules and Tools Cards and 1 Poster. Digital mental health is a key component of sustainability because it promotes long-term healthy technology habits and device use that support mental health care. Making Digital Mental Health resources, tools, and support more accessible is creating healthier schools, families, and communities that are more resilient when it comes to thriving in a constantly evolving digital world. "Your Relationship with Your Phone" is a transformative module from PC Empowerment's Digital Mental Health Curriculum. This interactive presentation can also be extended into a program. It is designed to raise awareness about the impact of digital device usage on mental well-being. It focuses on helping participants recognize the signs of digital exhaustion, understand the effects of social media on self-esteem, learn about misinformation and information overload, and practice mindful technology use. Through engaging discussions, participants learn how to set digital boundaries, prioritize self-care, and implement practical strategies like digital detoxes. The Your Relationship With Your Phone Presentation encourages individuals to personify their devices, offering a fresh perspective on how to establish healthier, more balanced relationships with technology. Our Your Relationship With Your Phone Program provides actionable steps, such as limiting app usage, scheduling time away from devices, and being intentional about when and how we interact with our phones. As a part of the program, participants are invited to take the Digital Mental Health Quiz and the Digital Detox Challenge (self-paced or guided) to further assess their habits and discover ways to improve their mental well-being. Perfect for empowering youth, students, faculty, and communities to thrive in the digital age while maintaining mental health and balance.
