About the event
As the leaves turn gold and the air becomes crisp, PC Empowerment invites the community to our Fall Reboot Festival — a vibrant, restorative event centered on digital mental health, mindfulness, and setting digital boundaries. Held in a serene, open-air setting with cozy autumn decor, this festival offers a unique opportunity to reconnect, recharge, and reboot — away from the noise of constant digital stimulation.

Attendees will explore Digital Mental Health tools, resources, and practices that help them embrace healthier tech relationships, nurture creativity, and strengthen community connections. Our Digital Mental Health resources, like our Top 3 Internet Rules and our Digital Mental Health Quiz Station, focus on helping students and families develop healthy, ethical, and efficient tech practices and prepare for our Digital Detox Week. PC Empowerment is the home of America’s first Back-to-School Digital Detox Week! Join us in a critical mission: raising awareness about digital mental health and helping communities develop healthy, ethical, and efficient technology practices. PC Empowerment is a pioneering organization dedicated to addressing the psychological impact of technology and digital devices on the well-being of our communities.
Here’s a quick snapshot of what we’ve been able to accomplish this year:
March 2025: Hosted our first Digital Mental Health Community Day with 20 attendees, which resulted in increased awareness and resource-sharing for ongoing digital wellness support.
May 2025: Launched our Digital Mental Health Facilitator Training, provided educational programming, and certified 4 Digital Mental Health Facilitators who have impacted 112 individuals
July 2025: Hosted our first Community Fun Day in collaboration with BuildUP Community School and other partners, and our first Afterwork Mixer fundraiser for Digital Mental Health
August 2025: Launched America’s first Back-to-School Digital Detox Week in collaboration with V94.9, as the new FOCUS Act prohibits students from using devices during the learning day
Fall 2025: Launching our Digital Mental Health in Urban Schools pilot in Bessemer City Schools
